Dawn H. Haaz, Psy.D. is excited to return to ACES as a Psychology Resident. She previously completed her master’s practicum at ACES from 2008-2009. Dawn received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Chestnut Hill College with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Rider University’s Counseling Center. During her internship, she also had the opportunity to gain comprehensive training in eating disorders at the Renfrew Center in Philadelphia.
Her other clinical experience includes working as a therapist at Lenape Valley Foundation and Foundations Behavioral Health and completing psychological assessments at Horsham Clinic. She works at Big Brothers and Big Sisters and also conducts assessments for youth referred by the Bucks County Youth Aid Panels. Dr. Haaz’s clinical interests include: marital and other relationship issues, LGBTQ concerns, eating disorders, sexual abuse and trauma, and life transitions. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and Philadelphia Society of Clinical Psychologists.
